Fed: Comm, states reach agreement on infrastructure timetable=4

Mr Rudd said the stimulus package was the biggest construction effort since the post-war
construction boom.

The package has yet to win parliamentary approval, but Mr Rudd made it clear he expected
it to pass the Senate.
